Took it easy to start with but felt good and by the time I got to the visitor centre it looked as though I could be on for a PB on the Pendam Trail so picked up the pace a little.

Eventually beat by previous personal best of 39:50 by exactly a minute with a time of 38:50.

Nice day for it though and no one else out. Was going to go for a windsurf afterwards but it wasn't windy enough when I got home... Of course now that I don't have time to get out the wind has filled in nicely.
